Mrs. Vermeulen is an elementary/middle school principal. She likes to teach middle school advisory. She likes A-L school because it’s a friendly atmosphere and it is small enough to know everyone.

She has 2 lovely children named Madalyn and Abigail. She has one dog named Dexter. She loves to watch T.V., play volleyball and travel. Her first name is Connie and she attended school at our very own Sanborn Central School. She attended college at USD. Mrs. Vermeulen was born in Mitchell, South Dakota. Her favorite book of all time is “Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day.” If you haven’t already guessed, her favorite subject in school as a child was reading. She played basketball and ran track in high school. As a college student she played soccer and volleyball. How did she ever find time to do her homework?! Wait, there’s more. She also played the flute in band.
