Mrs. Whitney is the K-12 Superintendent, School Counselor and High School Principal. Her favorite subject to teach is about Careers. For her students she has every kid in the school. What she likes best about Sanborn Central School is the students, fellow teachers, staff and the community members. Her first name is Linda. She has 4 kids. Two of them graduated from ALHS. She has no pets. When not in school she likes camping, golfing, bowling, watching sports, reading, and playing piano or organ. When she attended elementary school she went to Wessington and Gregory, middle school in Gregory, and high school in Gregory, Vermillion and Madison. In college her BS degree is from Northern State University and her M.E.D. degree is from SDSU. She was born in Deadwood, South Dakota. Her favorite book to read is anything by John Grisham or David Balducci. Her favorite color is blue. Her favorite food is pizza. Her favorite drink is DIET COKE. Her favorite sports team is the Orlando Magic. When she was in school she played basketball and volleyball. When she was in band she played the trombone. Mrs. Whitney is a good teacher!
