The School Board of Sanborn Central School District 55-5 met in special session on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 4:30 pm. in the Sanborn Central Conference Room with the following present: Austerman, Miller, Olson, Schmit & VanLaecken. Others present Supt. Whitney and certified teachers.
 
Board Negotiators: Kathy Austerman and Murray VanLaecken. Teacher Negotiators: Justin Siemsen, Candi Danek, and Robin Moody, recorder.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion by Olson/Schmit, all aye, to go into executive session to discuss negotiations at 4:36 pm. Regular session resumed at 8:01 pm.

Agreement was reached at 7:57 pm.

Motion by VanLaecken/Olson, all aye, to adjourn the meeting at 8:02 pm.
